What are foot Orthoses?

Orthoses are custom made shoe inserts manufactured to improve the alignment of your feet. They are used to treat many foot and lower limb problems experienced during standing walking and exercise. They come in various sizes, thicknesses, softness and colours.  Foot orthotics relieves symptoms and helps prevent damage to your feet.
