In some cases, however, you are able to use a Medicare card to pay for the service

Under these circumstances you need to be under a General Practitioner management programme, also known as an enhanced primary care plan or EPC.

You need to have a chronic illness that affects your feet or the management of your feet to be eligible for this, e.g. diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, chronic back injury.

You can get up to five visits in a calendar year if you are under one of these plans.

At this practice we bulk-bill all Medicare EPC patients.
